Beef in Wine Sauce with Mashed Potatoes and Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

• Beef200 g
• Garlic1 clove (3 g)
• Red Wine2 tablespoon (30 ml)
• Butter1/3 tablespoon (10 g)
• Potato1 medium (180 g)
• Milk2 tablespoon (30 ml)
• Oil1/2 tablespoon (5 ml)
• Tomato1/2 count (65 g)
• Cucumber1/2 cup (60 g)
• Stevia1 packet (1 g)

Instructions

   Step 1

   Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and dice the potato.

   Once the water comes to a boil, add the potatoes and boil for 12 minutes.

   Place the grill over high heat. While heating, season the piece of beef with salt and pepper. You can add a pinch of curry. Preferably use a lean cut.

   Once heated, add the oil and the beef. Brown on all sides over medium heat for approximately 4 minutes per side.

   Separately, chop the garlic, add and stir.

   Add the wine and increase the heat. Leave for about 5 minutes until the alcohol evaporates.

   Add a little water or broth (double the amount of milk), stevia and add salt.

   Once the potatoes are soft, remove, drain and mash.

   Add milk, butter and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

    Cut the tomato and cucumber into thin slices for the salad. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Serve the beef in wine sauce on a plate, serve with mashed potatoes and fresh salad. Optional: Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
