Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C)
Slice the tomato. You can use cherry.
Grate or chop the mozzarella cheese.
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the shredded mozzarella, cut basil leaves, salt and pepper to taste.
Put the pie crust on the mold and, on top of it, some tomato slices.
Cover with the egg, basil and mozzarella mixture. Then add the remaining tomato slices.
Cook the pie in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is browned.
Remove, let cool for some minutes and remove from the mold.
