For this recipe you need previously peeled and washed cassava.
For the Honey: In a pan add half of the sugar, water and lemon juice.
Bring to medium-low heat until the sugar is diluted. Do not stir with a spoon.
Butter a bowl and pour the hot honey. Let stand until the honey is solid.
Cut the cassava into small pieces
Place the cassava in a food processor and blend. You can also grate it.
Preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C).
In a blender, add the cassava with the remaining ingredients and blend.
Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake at 356 °F (180 °C) for 60 minutes.
Let cool, remove from the baking pan and serve.
