Peel and cut the potato into fries. Spray half the oil over them.
Cook in the oven or air fryer for 15-20 minutes at 356 °F (180 °C). Once crispy, remove.
Place a pan over medium-high heat.
Once heated, add half the oil, spread and add the ground beef.
Salt and pepper to taste, stir and cook for 8-10 minutes. Continue stirring to avoid sticking. Once browned, remove from heat.
Once browned, top with the cheese cut into strips, cover for 1-2 minutes to let the cheese melt and then remove from heat.
For the dressing, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Optional: Add a pinch of garlic powder, paprika and onion powder.
In a bowl place the lettuce, tomato and onion.
Top with the dressing and the cheeseburger.
Serve with the fries.
