  • Olive Oil1 tablespoon (10 ml)

Instructions

    Cut the broccoli into small florets, chop the onion and cut the tomato and zucchini into small pieces. Then add salt and pepper to the chicken.

    Heat a big pan over high heat. Once heated, add half the oil, spread and add the chicken on one side and the broccoli in the other.
