Instructions
For this recipe you need cooked chickpeas. Set the cooking water aside.
Place a pot over medium heat. While heating, chop the garlic together with the onion and grind the roasted peanuts.
Once heated, add the oil, garlic, onion and paprika. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
Meanwhile, slightly grind the chickpeas. Make sure they are not mashed.
Once the ingredients are softened, add the chickpeas and the broth. Mix and season with cumin, salt and pepper.
Add a little more of the chickpeas cooking water if required. Cook for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and serve the chickpea peanut stew hot.
