For this recipe you need cooked chickpeas. You can also use small potatoes or a large diced potato.
Wash the potato well, cut in quarters and place in a pot with boiling water and salt. Boil for 10-12 minutes in salted water.
Use a fork to prick the potato and check that it is soft but does not fall apart. Remove.
Preheat the pan over high heat. Meanwhile, season the fish with oregano, salt and pepper.
Once heated, pour in half of the oil, spread, lower the heat to medium and place the fish.
