Boil water in a pot over high heat. In the meantime, wash and slice the sweet potato. If you want, you can peel it.
Once boiling, add the potato. Let boil for 8-10 minutes until soft. Drain.
Then heat another pot with water and a pinch of salt. Cut the carrot into sticks and then cut off the ends of the green beans.
Once boiling, add the green beans with carrot and cook for about 6 minutes. Then remove and drain.
Heat the grill over high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the beef. It's better to use a lean cut.
Once heated, pour half the oil, spread and add the beef.
Cook each side for 4-6 minutes, depending on how thick it is.
If you want, you can use a big pan and add the previously cooked sweet potato slices and cook each side for 1-2 minutes to brown.
Remove once cooked as desired.
Serve the grilled beef with sweet potato, green beans and carrot. Season the latter with the remaining oil, lemon juice and salt to taste.
