Put the previously drained tuna with the tomato cut into small pieces in a bowl.
If necessary, add a pinch of salt, mix well and set aside.
Then grate the mozzarella cheese and set aside.
Crack the egg in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until obtaining an even mixture.
Preheat a pan over medium heat, add the oil and spread.

Cook for 3-4 minutes until it sets. Put the tuna mixture on one half. Set the res aside for another crepe.
Fold and let cook for some more minutes until it browns. Remove from heat.
Repeat the procedure with the remaining ingredients to do another crepe.
Serve and, if you have more filling, add too.
