  • Water1/2 glass (125 ml)

    Preferably use lean pork cuts for this recipe.

    Season the pork to taste with salt and pepper and cut into medium-sized pieces. Meanwhile, heat half of the oil in a pot over high heat.

    Once heated, add the beef and brown on all sides over medium heat for approximately 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside.
