For this recipe, the beans need to be previously cooked.
Chop the chili pepper and the tomato and cut the bell pepper into strips. Remember you can use any bell pepper.
Heat a pan or wok over high heat. In the meantime, add salt and pepper to the chicken and cut into bites.
Once heated, add the oil and chicken breast.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes or until browned.
Then add the bell pepper, chili, garlic and tomato. Stir-fry for 7-8 minutes over medium heat.
Add salt and pepper to taste and if you want, you can season with oregano, paprika and/or cumin.
Add the beans and some water if it's too dry. Once boiling, lower the heat and cook for 10 more minutes.
At the same time, cook the polenta: Warm the milk with salt and pepper in a pot. Add water (1/3 of the milk amount.)
Once it's about boil, add the polenta gradually while stirring constantly.
Cook until thickened.
Serve the spicy chicken and polenta on a plate. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
