Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets and the carrot into slices. Meanwhile, bring a pot to boil.
Once it reaches boiling point, add the carrot and boil for 6 minutes.
When there are 3 minutes left, add the broccoli and cauliflower.
Once the cooking time is over, all the vegetables should be tender. Remove and drain.
To prepare the salmon: Bring water to a boil in another pot and place a steamer rack inside the pot. Make sure that the water inside does not overflow the rack.
Once the water boils, add the piece of salmon previously seasoned with salt and pepper, cover and steam cook for 7-10 minutes, depending on the thickness.
Season the vegetables with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Once done, remove and serve with oyster sauce. Serve with the vegetables and if desired, sprinkle with a pinch of sesame seeds.
