Peel the potatoes and dice. Cut off the ends of the green beans.
Put the potato in boiling salted water and let boil for 10 minutes until soft and not falling apart.
One the potatoes have only 6 minutes left, add the green beans. Once soft, remove and drain all together. Set aside.
In the meantime, chop the garlic and cut the bell pepper into medium or small pieces.
Heat half the oil in a pot. In the meantime, cut the beef into bites.
Once heated, add the beef and cook over medium heat while stirring until browned. This will take 4-5 minutes.
Then add the remaining oil, garlic, bell pepper and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat while stirring.
Add salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, add some water to prevent from drying.
Add the cooked potato and green beans. Let cook for some minutes for a better flavour.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
If you want, you can cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 356 °F (180 °C) for 20 minutes.
