For this recipe you need cooked polenta. If not, follow the instructions below.
Place water (the specified amount of polenta) in a pot and then bring to a boil.
Once boiling, turn off and add the polenta (1/4 of the specified amount of polenta). Stir constantly with a whisk until thickened.
Preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C).
In a pizza pan, oil the base and spread the polenta.
In a bowl, place the tomato sauce and mix with olive oil, oregano, and salt and pepper. Add garlic and/or onion powder if available.
Slice the tomato and fillet the mushrooms.
Top with the cooked tomato sauce, basil leaves, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and onion.
