For this recipe you need cooked quinoa.
Cook the peas in a pot with boiling water for 6 minutes.
Once blanched, remove and drain.
Heat a pot over high heat. In the meantime, chop the onion and garlic.
Pour the oil with the vegetables previously cooked and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until translucent.
