Instructions
For the patty, first chop the garlic. Mix with the ground beef and flour.

Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Boil for 3 minutes until tender. Remove, drain and set aside.
Chop the bell pepper and place on a plate next to the patty and asparagus.
Season the vegetables with the remaining oil and lemon juice. If you wish, you can use olive oil.
