Clean the cauliflower, remove the stalks and grate.
Place in a microwave-safe container and cook at maximum temperature for 5 minutes until tender.
Meanwhile, chop the mozzarella cheese and cut off the woody ends of the asparagus.
Once the cauliflower is done, chop and transfer to a clean kitchen towel and drain to remove as much water as possible.

Bake in a preheated oven at 356 °F (180 °C) for 10 minutes to cook the dough.

Add a pinch of salt and return to the oven for approximately 10 minutes.
