Instructions
Cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and place in a pot of boiling water. Boil for 3-4 minutes. Remove, drain and set aside.
Place a pan over high heat. While heating, dice the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Once heated, add the oil, spread and add the chicken breast. Brown for 3 to 4 minutes per side over medium heat.
While the chicken is cooking, chop the garlic and slice the mushrooms.
Once the chicken is done, remove, set aside and add the mushrooms along with the garlic to the same pan. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Add a little water if required.
Add the chicken and broccoli again. Season to taste with salt and pepper and let it cook for a few minutes. Turn off and set aside.
Place the salad in a bowl and serve cold or warm.
