For this recipe you need cooked beans.
Place a pot over medium heat. While heating, cut 2/3 of the onion into thin strips and chop the remaining with the garlic.
Add the oil, spread and add the chopped onion with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat or until it turns a translucent color.
Meanwhile, wash the onion into strips in salted water. Drain and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Once the onion is done, add the garlic and mix.
Add the beans, the broth and mash lightly with a potato masher so that the beans remain whole.
Add more broth if required.
Season to taste, cook for 2 more minutes and turn off.
Serve the creamy beans on a plate, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve with the onion salad.
