Instructions
Chop the onion, cut the carrot into very small pieces and cut the beef into thin strips.
Preheat a pot with half of the oil over medium heat.
Once heated, add the onion to the pot with a pinch of salt and fry for 3-5 minutes. Then add the beef.
Cook the beef for 6 minutes, stirring from time to time. Next, add the rice, peas and carrots.
Season with salt and pepper and, if you have curry or turmeric, add. Cover with water (double the amount of rice) and turn up the heat.
Once boiling, cover, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 15-18 minutes.
Once ready, add the remaining oil, mix well and remove from heat. Serve on a plate and add some chopped parsley on top.
