Place a pot over medium heat and heat half of the oil. Brown the sliced lamb, remove and set aside.
In the same pan, heat the remaining oil and cook the previously chopped onion for 7 minutes over medium-low heat.
Next, add the garlic together with the chopped carrot, paprika, rosemary and bay leaf.
Add the lamb, add 1/2 glass of water, salt and pepper, mix, cover and let it boil for 30 minutes.
Season to taste and serve hot.
