Once heated, add the asparagus, season with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally and, if desired, add lemon juice.
Remove the asparagus and, if desired, add the chopped tomato and cook for 1-2 minutes per side.
Serve the lemon chicken on a plate with the asparagus and tomatoes.
