Lightly grease a slice pan and line with baking paper.
Mix the milk chocolate, condensed milk and ¾ of the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
At the same time, cut the pineapple into small pieces. Set aside some.
Mix the crushed cookies and pineapple lumps in a bowl. Make a well in the center. Then add the butter mixture and mix well.
Transfer to the slice pan and spread the mixture. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set.
In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate and the remaining butter in a bowl or container over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir well.
