  • Milk2 tablespoon (30 ml)

  • Oil1 teaspoon (3 ml)

    Place a pot filled with water over high heat. While boiling, peel and dice the potato.

    Once the water is boiling, add the potatoes. Boil for 12 minutes. Remove, drain and set aside.

    Chop the pork meat. You can use the food processor but make sure it is not too chopped.

    Separately, finely grate the carrot and chop the onion. Place both vegetables in a bowl with the meat and breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Place a pan over high heat and once heated, pour the oil.
