Instructions
Add salt and pepper to taste and cut the pork into medium pieces. In the meantime, heat half the oil in a pot over high heat.
Once heated, add the pork and brown all its sides for about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
At the same time, peel and cut the sweet potato into medium pieces. Chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the remaining oil in the same pot and stir-fry the onion with the garlic with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes. Add the paprika and mix.
Add the pork, tomato, water or broth and salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, add more liquid to cover.
Boil for 10-15 minutes or until the sweet potato is softened.
Remove and serve hot.
