For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Place two small pots filled with water over high heat. At the same time, cut off the ends of the green beans and then cut in thirds.
Separately, chop the garlic and make a cross-shaped cut at the top of the tomato of about one finger deep.
Once the water is boiling, place the green beans in one of the pots and boil for 6 minutes. Once done, remove, drain and set aside.
Place the tomato in the other pot and boil for 5 minutes. Next, remove and blend. Set aside.
Simultaneously, peel the shrimp, remove the black line at the tail and wash.
Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the shrimp together with the paprika and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the shrimp and add the blended tomato. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
Add the green beans and the shrimp. Stir, add salt and serve hot.
Serve with white rice. You can add some fresh cucumber and tomato salad.
