You need vanilla flavored protein, but you can use whatever is available.
Boil 3/4 of the milk in a pot over medium-high heat until boiling.
Meanwhile, in a bowl mix the remaining milk with the cornstarch, stevia and a pinch of salt.
Once boiling, add the cornstarch mixture gradually and stir constantly with a whisk until thickened.
Add the vanilla extract, mix and remove from the heat.
Let it cool, add the protein and mix well with a whisk. Refrigerate
Cut the strawberries into pieces and mix with the vanilla pudding to serve.
