In addition, you will need to have chocolate flavored protein, but you can use whatever you have available. If you want a more intense flavor, add cocoa powder (same amount as the cornstarch).
Place 3/4 of the almond milk in a pot together with the cocoa powder and cook over medium heat until well blended.
Separately, in a bowl mix the cornstarch with the remaining almond milk. Add the stevia.
Once boiling, add the cornstarch mixture gradually and stir constantly with a whisk until thickened.
Add the square of dark chocolate, mix until melted and remove from heat.
Let it cool, add the protein and mix well with a whisk. Refrigerate
In a glass or cup serve the pudding and add the blueberries. If you wish, you can use blueberries, raspberries and pomegranate, but follow the indicated amount.
