Stir constantly for about 3-4 minutes until boiling or once the oats have absorbed the liquid.
Add more water if required. Remove from heat.
Mash 3/4 of the banana with a fork and pour over the oatmeal. Mix well. Optional: Add stevia.
Slice the strawberries.
Once the oats are done, place in a bowl and serve with the remaining banana, strawberries and pecans.
