Boil the egg in a small pot for 8-10 minutes. Remove, let cool for a few minutes, peel and slice it.
Simultaneously, preheat a pan over medium-high heat. While heating, season the ground beef with salt and pepper and chop the garlic.
Once heated, add half of the oil with the garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds.
Then add the beef and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring until browned.
Cover and let it cook for 5 more minutes. If necessary, add a little water. Remove when done.
Meanwhile, slice the radish and cut the lettuce leaves into strips.
Place the lettuce, beef stew, radish and egg on a plate.
Season with the remaining oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
