  • Milk1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • Banana1 medium (130 g)
  • Strawberries1/3 cup (50 g)
  • Pecans4 half (16 g)
  • Protein Powder1 scoop (30 g)

Instructions

    Peel and slice the banana. We will use 3/4 for the oatmeal and the remaining to garnish at the end.

    Place the oats in a pot filled with water (three times the indicated amount of oats) and bring to medium heat.

    Stir constantly for about 3-4 minutes until boiling or once the oats have absorbed the liquid (add more water if required). Remove from heat.

    Mash 3/4 of the banana with a fork and pour with the milk over the oatmeal. Mix well.

    Once the oatmeal is done, place in a bowl, add the protein and mix well.
