  • Almond Milk3/4 cup (180 ml)
  • Banana1 medium (130 g)
  • Strawberries1/3 cup (50 g)
  • Almond1 tablespoon (14 g)
  • Protein Powder1 scoop (30 g)

    Step 1

    Peel and slice the banana. We will use 3/4 for the oatmeal and the remaining to garnish at the end.

    Place the oatmeal together with the almond milk in a pot over medium heat.

    Stir constantly for about 3-4 minutes until boiling or once the oats have absorbed the liquid (add more water if required). Remove from heat.

    Mash 3/4 of the banana with a fork and pour over the oatmeal. Mix well.

    Once the oatmeal is done, place in a bowl, add the protein and mix well. Garnish with the remaining banana, almonds and previously sliced strawberries.
