Instructions
Peel and slice the banana. We will use 3/4 for the oatmeal and the remaining to garnish at the end.
Place the oats together with the almond milk in a pot and bring to medium heat.
Stir constantly for about 3-4 minutes until boiling or once the oats have absorbed the liquid (add more water if required). Remove from heat.
Mash 3/4 of the banana with a fork and pour over the oatmeal. Mix well.
Once the oatmeal is done, place in a bowl, add the protein and mix well.
Garnish with the remaining banana, pecans and previously sliced strawberries.
Remember that if you have unflavored protein, you can add vanilla extract and/or cinnamon, as well as the sweetener of your choice (stevia, erythritol, sucralose, xylitol, monk fruit, etc.)
