    For this recipe you need cooked quinoa and corn.

    Heat a pan over medium heat. In the meantime, chop the garlic.

    Once heated, pour the oil, spread and add the garlic. Stir-fry for some seconds and add the ground beef with salt and pepper to taste.

    Heat over medium heat for 8-10 minutes while stirring from time to time until the beef has a darker color.
