Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and chop the garlic.
Once heated, add to the pan and brown over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms and chop the spinach leaves previously cleaned.
Add the mushrooms and spinach to the pan and mix well. Cook for 4 minutes.
Add the rice, season with turmeric (or curry) and salt and pepper. Brown for one minute and add water (approximately 2 times the amount of rice).
Once boiling, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 17-20 minutes until the rice is ready.
Once done, remove from heat and serve hot.
