For this recipe you need cooked rice.
Season the turkey breast with the paprika and half of the oil.
Place a pan over medium heat and once heated, add the turkey and cook 2 minutes per side.
Then add a little water and cover. Let cook for 5-8 minutes over medium-low heat.
Next, turn off and shred the meat.
Simultaneously, cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and place in a pot of boiling water.
Boil for 3 minutes with a pinch of salt. Remove, drain and set aside.
Season with the remaining oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
