Tomato, Cucumber, Lettuce and Onion Salad with Lemon and Garlic Dressing

Ingredients

• Lettuce2 cup (70 g)
• Tomato1 count (130 g)
• Cucumber1/2 cup (60 g)
• Lemon Juice2 tablespoon (30 g)
• Garlic1/2 clove (2 g)
• Oregano1 pinch (1 g)

Instructions

   Step 1

   Shred the lettuce.

   Slice the cucumber and tomato.

   Dice the onion. If you wish, you can wash it in salted water to reduce the bitterness.

   Mix all the vegetables in a bowl.

   For the dressing, squeeze the lemon, mix with the oil, garlic, oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
